News 01/20/09:

Yay....we've got a new President! I strangely feel mildly patriotic about this whole crazy election. Perhaps half the country isn't racist bigots after all. Anyway, It's been forever. I added a few things to the distro that I've been sitting on for a while. Take a look. Also I've been blogging over at blogger a bit and I've uped both the Spectres/Allegory of the Cave and Yossarian is Drowning 7"s Boredom at Blogspot. Enjoy. News 03/03/08:

Patience is a virtue...or so they say. I'm in the process of adding a lot of new things to the distro. Frankly, I've been working at a snail's pace but keep checking back for more items on the horizon. The Belle Epoque LP is now out of print. My last copies were sent to Music Fear Satan in the UK. It's also available through Vinyl Junkie Distrostateside. The Yossarain is Drowning 7" likewise is probably gone as we speak, but I may be able to scrape one up if anyone is interested. By the way, they just made available for free the last songs they recorded on their myspace page Yossarain is Drowning on Myspace.

For those interested, The Belle Epoque LP and Yossarian is Drowning 7" are virtually gone. I don't imagine these will be repressed so get them while the gettings good.

News 07/27/07:

Oscar Harmon 2002-2007

The Harmon household sadly lost a member of the family this past month. We believe our beloved friend Oscar was suffering from an always fatal disease known as Pug Dog Encephalitis (PDE). Little is known about this disease and it's near impossible to diagnose since it has many of the same characteristics as epilepsy. After a month long battle, trying a series of different medications, my wife and I decided that he was suffering greatly and that the only humane thing to do was to have him put to sleep. It's been a tough time, and as such, things with label have taken a backseat. I'm pretty much back in the swing of things, but Oscar's treatment (including two trips to the animal E.R.) dealt me a heavy financial blow. I'm definitely not one for charity, but if you've ever considered ordering something in the past and haven't...please do. And spread the word around to your friends. Every little bit will help. Thanx.

News 02/18/07:

It's been forever since I updated the website, so here goes... First off a couple releases are now out of print. The Spirit of Versailles "In Line for Halos" and Allegory of the Cave/Spectres split 7" are gone. They can both still be found through various distributors, but none are available directly through me. Secondly, 2007 marks the 10th year of the label's existence. Expect some killer releases and special sales throughout the year. Lastly I've got a lot of new things in the distro so check out the distro page.

News 09/04/06:

I haven't updated this thing in a while...so here goes.  The Belle Epoque LP is out so order at will.  They're $8ppd. and 100 are available on gold/white vinyl (only through me). Also check out the distro page while you're at it.  I've got a lot of new stuff in.

Asthma Atttaq played their last show in July...well sort of. I say sort of because there is possibility of a tour next year some time...so keep your fingers crossed. Ry has recently transplanted to Philly and has an amazing new solo project called Italics.  It's guitar based experimental/noise stuff.  He's on myspace, so check him out Italics. David is equally busy in his other (equally amazing) indie rock band Mt. Awesome.  They'll be touring soon so catch a show if they come around to your area Mt. Awesome.

The Cease Upon the Capitol CD is up next and will probably be my last release in the near future.  My wife and I are expecting another child in January so the label will be put on the back burner for a while. Much thanks to Ryan Lewis for lending his xeroxing prowess on a couple projects.

Finally, I actually might be venturing off into releasing the printed word.  Zine project in the works.  More on that later.

News 04/28/06:

Quick Update.  I'm co-releasing the phenomenal new full-length by Tennessee's Cease Upon the Capitol.  React With Protest and Impure Muzik will be releasing this in Europe, but CUTC also wants it to be widely available in the States. So I'll be teaming up with Sonic Deadline and Squirrel Against Snail to make this happen.  CUTC will be on tour in Europe through May and June.  The North American version will be available on CD and have different artwork than the Euro version.

The Allegory of the Cave/Spectres - split 7" will be out soon and I'm now taking pre-orders for it.  This slab of screamo extravaganza is limited to 300 on marble vinyl.  They're $3.50 ppd. 

Lastly, the distro is growing.  I'm getting in new stuff all the time so check it out.  If you run a shoebox distro, get in touch for wholesale prices on all that I carry.  I should have some stuff coming in from Rok Lok, Nimbus Module, and Sonic Deadline, so stay tuned.
